I love to indulge in lattes since I can take them to the park, my next meeting, or the mall to run errands. My gym even has a LifeCafe which conveniently serves lattes so I can also pick one up after a workout!
The blog Lattes and Lunges is all about how to try to do everything without missing out on anything! I don’t have superhuman powers or more hours in my day (although I wish I did), I simply make an effort to incorporate efficiency in everything I do. I haven’t yet sipped on a latte while doing lunges, but it doesn’t sound like a bad idea.
A latte turns any rainy day around 🙃🙂
On the go Tip: Before I head to the gym, I like to fuel up with a healthy snack. A half of a banana with some peanut or almond butter smothered on top.
